The hotel is located near to main market and is well accommodated and budget friendly. Hotel staff is well mannered. They Provide lot of free services such as parking, lift, wifi, hot water running 24*7. Provided a cab and a reliable driver. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis.

Hotel is located at prime location near to main market. Sufficient parking area , good ambiance and services as well . Friendly staff and neat and clean rooms make our stay excellent . Jai mata di blessing maa vaishno devi yatra

Third class hotel I ever visited

Every year I use to go to Vaishnodevi and use to stay in ASHOKA hotel. This year when I visited hotel was full so I booked Shakuntala hotel. When I reached there was pick up from bus stant to hotel even road work was going on. But when I was leaving there was not droping facility as promiss before. Every time they use to close the water supply from outside. Everytime I went down to request them. No facility for drop and pick up to Darbhanga. Even no tea or coffee they provide as promiss while booking. And charge Rs. 150 for 1 cup tea. Cleanning was the height we stay 4 days not a single person came to clean the room. No one is bothered about anything. And the manager or owner who ever that stupid nonsense fellow was on the counter was so rude and rough while talking. I visit vaishnodevi for 29 times but this was the horrible and worst experience I ever had before. I travelled all over india but this type of hotel I neve visited and in further not wish to. DON'T VISIT TO THIS HOTEL EVER

A budget hotel at not very good location

We stayed at this hotel for one night, returning from vaishno devi temple. Pros : Rooms were spacious and clean. cheaper room rent 1000/night for an ac room. Cons : Only one charging point in whole rooms and thats only point where tv is connected so if you want to charge your phone you will have to switch off tv. soap and towels were not provided by default you have to ask for it.
